Abstract: Through the auto- reversal equipment design , the function of PLC is introduced1The advantage of PLC is also embodied during the
process of using it1 PLC is used to decide the status of partsp movement by using the sw itch signals, control or adjust the parameters of tempera-
ture and hydraulic system by u sing the analog signals1 In addition, PLC is also used to control the touch screen , so that it is more easily for
workers to operate and inspect the equipment during the manuf acture1In the industry, using PLC to complete the auto- control has lots of advan-
tages, such as easy to design , convenience to adjust , easy to maintain , and so on1
