College political inst ructors are an im portant ve icle for nurturing talents in our universit ies and colleges. T erefore, universi- ties and colleges s ould set strict standards for polit ical instructors, establis ing a reasonable test and promo- tion system and trying to build a ig ly competent staff of instructors.
