Abstract :The reacearch discussed the difference opinions of traditional medicine and modern medicine based on the basic
theory and clinical perspectives on the basic theory concepts Disease and Syndrome ，the development of Integrative Medicine com-
bined of disease and syndrome is inevitable ，and that Disease － Syndrome － Prescription research ideas will eventually be the fun-
damental starting point of Integrative Medicine．
