土地利用与经济系统的协调发展评价 ——以扬州市为例 刘 琼，欧名豪，盛业旭 （南京农业大学土地管理学院，江苏 南京 210095） 摘要：研究目的：依据协调发展理论，建立土地利用系统和经济系统的协调发展评价指标体系及模型，定量测算土地 利用系统和经济系统的协调发展度，并以扬州市为例进行实证分析。研究方法：熵值法、有序度模型、协调发展度模 型。研究结果：（1）1996-2007 年，扬州市土地利用系统和经济系统的有序度总体呈上升态势，但有背离趋势；（2） 1996—2001、 2002—2005、2006—2007 年三个阶段，两系统的协调发展度分别处于拮抗阶段、磨合阶段和高级协调 发展状态。研究结论：为缩小两系统有序度差距，维持两系统高级协调发展状态，应该在经济发展过程中重视生态环 境保护，继续调整产业结构，在土地利用过程中加快优化土地利用结构，提升土地集约利用水平。 关键词：土地利用系统；经济系统；协调发展度；有序度；扬州 Evaluation of the Coordinated Development of Land Use System and Economy System: with Yangzhou City for Example LIU Qiong OU Ming-hao SHENG Ye-xu (College of Land Management, Nanjing Agricultural University, Nanjing 210095, China) Abstract: The purpose of the paper is to quantitatively estimate the coordinated development degree of land use system and economy system based on the coordinated development degree model, which is further tested via an empirical research in Yangzhou City. Methods employed are entropy method, order degree model and coordinated development degree model. The results indicate: 1) both land use system’s degree of order and the economy system’s degree of order have an upward trend, with increasing difference in 1996-2007. 2)Form 1996 to 2001, 2002 to 2005, 2006 to 2007 three stages, the coordinated development degree of two systems respectively in the antagonistic stage, running-in stage and advanced coordinated development state. It is concluded that Yangzhou City should continue to adjust the industrial structure and pay attention to environment protection in the economic development process, speed up the optimization of land use structure and the improvement of land intensive use degree, in order to maintain the high leve
