编号： 课程设计(论文)说明书 题 目： 带球头的镜座注塑模设计 院 （系）： 机电工程学院 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 学生姓名： 曾庆串 学 号： 1001120531 指导教师： 宋 长 发 职 称： 副教授 题目类型： 理论研究 实验研究 工程设计 工程技术研究 软件开发 2013年12月30日摘 要 塑料模具的发展是随着塑料工业的发展而发展的。近年业，人们对各种设备和用品轻量化要求越来越高，这就为塑料制品提供了更为广阔的市场。{0首先对电视机后罩塑料制件结构和成型工艺进行充分的分析，了解其整个成型过程，为模具设计提供参考数据，保证模具结构设计的合理性。接着确定型腔的数量和分型面，针对本塑件设计成型零件的型腔和型芯，确定合理的浇注系统和排溢系统,根据型腔的形状设计模具的温度调节系统，然后设计模具的合模导向机构和推出机构，依照塑件的尺寸选取模架，对模具中主要零件的制造进行工艺分析。最后完成整个模具的设计。设计中对注射模结构设计的进行了工艺分析，并进行相关的计算，设计出模具的最佳方案、总体结构设计、主要零件结构设计及相关参数的校核。 设计中参考了以往注射模具的设计经验，选用哈夫分型斜导杆脱摸方式，结合制件性能，简化设计机构，并且运用AutoCAD、Solidworks等软件进行二维和三维绘图，缩短了生产周期，获得良好的经济性能。 关键词：带球头的镜座；哈夫分型；斜推杆. Abstract The plastic molds development is develops along with the plastics industry development. In recent years, the people were getting higher and higher request to lightweight of each kind of equipment and the thing, this has provided a broader market for the plastic products. This paper discuss the design of Mirror seat with ball head plastic injection mold and its process analysis in detail. Firstly, fully analyze the shape of the process to the Mirror seat with ball head plastic and work piece structure, known its wholly molding process, provides the reference data for the mold design, ensure the mold structural design rationally. Then determine cavity quantity and marking mould surface, through these model piece design mould cavity and the core, determined reasonable pouring system and the platoon overflows system, according to the cavity shape design the mold temperature control system，and then design matched molds guide structure and ejecting structure of the mould，according to the size of this paper select mould framework ,the manufacture proceed technical analysis of the mould match tool of the major parts.
