With the index of business in- come, fixed assets, it was analyzed the st uctu e cha acte istic and compa ative advantage of Nanjing tou ism indust y fo med by sub- tou ism indus- t ies of t avel agency, hotel and sightseeing eso t, thought compa ed with powe ful tou ism cities, which we e Shanghai, Hangzhou and Suzhou in Changjiang Rive Delta.The esults showed that both the g owth of income and the investment of fixed assets of Nanjing t avel agency we e weak, the investment of hotel indust y was st ong, but the g owth of income was weak. The e was much mo e advantages in the g owth of business income in the indust y of sightseeing eso t, but it also had not advantage of investment. The esults also showed that the st uctu e of business income in Nanjing was most easonable among fou cities, but the st uctu e of fixed assets was the wo st .Then, it was also suggested that the policies of adj ustment and opti- mization of Nanjing tou ism indust y st uctu e based on the analysis esults.
