23 5 Vol. 23 No. 5 2009 10 JOU NAL OF CHANGZHI MEDICAL COLLEGE Oct. 2009 331 1 2 2* 石变华 庄晓燕 白秀珍 目的:研究墨旱莲的延缓衰老作用方法:正常对照组小鼠 日腹腔注射生理盐水1 mg/ 10 g 鼠重并同时灌胃与墨旱莲水煎剂等容量的生理盐水;单纯D- 半乳糖损伤组小鼠 日腹腔注射与正常 组等容量的D- 半乳糖1mg/ 10g 鼠重并同时灌胃与墨旱莲水煎剂等容量的生理盐水;墨旱莲水煎剂组腹 腔注射与正常组等容量的D- 半乳糖 1mg/ 10 g 鼠重, 同时分别灌胃墨旱莲水煎剂8 mg/ g16 mg/g32 mg/g 鼠重第43 d 取材测定SODMDA 和GSH- PX结果: 与正常对照组相比单纯D- 半乳糖损伤组 的SOD 和GSH- PX 活性明显降低,MDA 含量明显升高( P 0.05) ; 与单纯D- 半乳糖损伤组相比墨旱 莲水煎剂组SOD 和GSH- PX 活性明显升高且MDA 含量明显降低,并呈剂量依赖性( P 0.05~ P 0.01) 结论: 墨旱莲水煎剂对D- 半乳糖致衰老小鼠有延缓衰老作用 墨旱莲;衰老;SOD;MDA;GSH- PX 912 A 1006- (2009)05- 331- 03 To Study the Effect of Eclipta Alba Apozem on the Mice Induced Senilily by D- galactose Shi Bianhua,Zhuang Xiaoyan, Bai Xiuzheng Inst it ute of Cardioang iology , Changz hi M edical Colleg e Abstract Objective:The effect of delaying aging of Eclipta Alba apozem on the mice can be studied. Methods:The micewere di vided into five groups and thefour groups inthemwere injected with D- galactose by intraperitoneal every day. Andthe dosage is 1mg/ 10 g weight.Another group was the normal one to comparewith thefour groups.The mice of the normal groupwere injected with brine by intraperitoneal every day. At the same time the three groups of thefour groupswere curedwith different dosages of Eclipta Alba apozemby lavaging respectively.And the dosages were 8 mg/g, 16 mg/g and 32mg/g weight. But the other two groups were only lavaged with the brine every day.After forty- two days SOD,GSH- PX and MDA were measured. esults:Compared with the normal group the activity of SOD and GSH- PX in the mice only injectedwith D- galactosew
