Method: SelectSophoraAlopecuroidesL. , FructusCnidii, Cortex Phellodendri and Rhizoma Sm ilacis labrae as the ingredient of prescription. Prepare vaginal suppository adding matrix of glycogelatin after extracting active ingredientby reflux extracting. Do bacteriostasis tests and observe the clinical effect. Result: All of the identifications and the testswere consistentw ith the regulations in Chinese Phar macopoeia. In 80 cases, 35 caseswere cured, 41 caseswere effective, and 4 caseswere ineffective. The cure rate was 43. 8%, and the totaleffective rate is950%. Conclusion: This preparation technology of suppository is smi ple, and its clinical effect is good.
