中国航天医药杂志2001 年 10 月第 3 卷第 5 期 Med J CASC , Oct 2001 , Vol 3 , No . 5 ·3 · 强直性脊柱炎中医辨证施治临床研究 赵永刚 陈义华 孙维梅 王艳君 【摘要】 目的 讨论强直性脊柱炎患者的中医辨证分型治疗对策。方法 对 173 例强直型脊柱炎患者按中医辨证 原则分为湿热温结型、肝肾阴虚型及阳虚瘀阻型 ,对不同的类型实施不同的中药治疗。结果 湿热温阻型、肝肾阴虚型的 治疗总有效率为 98. 1 % , 而阳虚瘀阻型的治疗有效率只占 9. 1 % 。结论 强直性脊柱炎最初为湿热温结型的征候 , 中期 时已发展到肝肾阴虚型 , 该二型应用中药及推拿、罐疗等措施治疗 , 可起到改善血运 , 消炎止痛 , 调解人体免疫功能的作 用。晚期时的关节强直即阳虚瘀阻型时 ,保守治疗效果不佳。 【关键词】强直性脊柱炎 中医辨证分型 临床研究 Cl inical research on titanic s ond l itis with the treatment based on the differentiation of TCM. Methods Of all t he 173 cases of titanic spondylitis were divided into t he t yp es of accumulation of damp-heat , t he liver and t he kidney Yin deficiency and stagnation due to Yan g deficiency according to t he differentiation of TCM. Different herbs were used to t he t hree t yp es correspondly . Results The total effective rate of bot h t he accumulation of damp-heat and t he liver and t he kidney Yin deficiency was 98. 1 % , and t he effective rate of sta gnation due to Yan g deficiency was onl y 9. 1 %.
