Abstrac:t System ic inflamm atory response syndrom e is understand ing of pathophysiology about critical illness in the
M odern m edicine from the perspective ofm olecu lar biology. It can causemu ltip le organ dam age or failure. it. s an uncon-
trolled system ic in flamm atory response caused by all k inds of inflamm atory m ediators wh ile the body is subjected to a vari-
ety of com bat. From the perspective of T CM syndrom e d ifferentiation theory, this article elaborates the pathogenesis of
SIR S and treatm ent of patients w ith Q i- supp lementing and b lood- activating m ethod mechan ism of SIRS , then w e can
prov ide new ideas and m ethods for the treatm ent of SIR S.
