Briefly, bacterial biofilm lead to illness by ways of colonization, release and free of host immunity. Clinically common infections associated wit h biofilm include biomedical materials and chronic ones. Infections associated with bacterial biofilm have received increasing attention recently. In light of biofilm ro er- ties and bacterial biology , ex loring s ecified tagets of drugs , develo ing directional drugs , can effectively solve the roblems of bacterial drug resistance and infections associated w ith biofilm.
