[ ] 为解决红掌组培过程中外植体褐化影响组培成活的问题, 通过对外植体采用不同消毒方 处
理对培养基进行改良调节和对培养条件选择等方面进行研究, 发现: 红掌在接种前先用抗氧化剂处理和在
培养基中添加相应的抗氧化剂有助于减少外植体的褐化, 从而为提高红掌的组培繁殖率奠定基础

Abstract: Different disinfecti n meth ds w ere applied t explants, impr vement and adjustment f
culture media, and culture c nditi ns selecti n w ere studied in this paper t s lve the br w ning f explants
w hich affected the survive f A nt hur ium andr ean um in tissue culture. Results sh w ed that pretr eated by
ant-i x idant bef re transplanting and c rresp nding x idants added in cultur e media c uld reduce the
br w ning, sequentially the repr ducti n r ate f explants c uld be enhanced.
