Department of Pathology , The 251 st Hospital of PLA , Zhangjiakou 075000 　　【Abstract 】　Objective 　To study the expression of cell adhesion molecular CD44v6 , P53 and nm23H1 gene protein in gastric carcinoma ( SGC) and their relationship with the pathological behavior and prognosis. Meth ods 　Immunohistochemical staining has used to detect the expression of CD44v6 , P53 and nm23H1 gene protein in 120 cases of SGC. The study was also combined with analysis of the pathological behavior and clinical followup survey of SGC. Results 　The positive expression rate of CD44v6 and CD44v6 , P53 and nm23H1 protein in SGC were 81. 7 % , 68. 3 % and 48. 3 % ,respectively. The high level expression of CD44v6 and P53 the low expression of nm23H1 were positively correlated with the stage of lymph node metastasis and the prognosis of patients ( P 0. 05) .
