92 胃癌患者的心身状态调查及护理对策 1 1 2 碧蕾 赵学军 张雪平 1 松江区方松街道社区卫生服务中心，201601 2 松江区泗泾镇社区卫生服务中心，201601 [摘要] 目的：分析胃癌患者的心身状态并探讨有效的护理对策。方法：选择2011 年4 月～ 2012 年 10 月于我院随访的92 例胃癌患者作为研究对象，采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁 自评量表（SDS）评估心理状态，采用Karnofsky 功能状态评分标准（KPS）、体力状况分析 标准(PS)评估身体状态，按照护理方案分为两组，采用肿瘤常规护理的42 例作为对照组， 采用综合护理干 的50 例作为观察组，比较护理前后两组患者的心身状态评分情况。结果： 护理前所有患者均存在一定的心理、身体障碍，两组的SAS、SDS、KPS、PS 评分比较，组间 差异均无统计学意义 （P＞0.05）；护理后观察组的SAS、SDS、KPS、PS 评分均明显优于对照 组，组间差异均有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）；护理前两组患者的生活质量评分（QOL）间无统 计学差异，但护理后观察组QOL 评分明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：胃癌患者均存在一 定的心理、身体障碍，针对性护理干 可以明显改善患者的心身状况，提高生活质量。 [关键词] 胃癌；心理状态；身体状态；护理对策 The investigation of psychological and body condition and nursing strategy of 92 patients of gastric cancer//Lu Bi-lei,zhao xue-jun,Zhang xue-ping [Abstract] Objective: To analyze the psychological and body condition of gastric cancer patients and explore the effective nursing measures. Methods: From April 2011 to October 2012 in our hospital, 92 patients with gastric cancer were selected as the subjects of research, the psychological condition of them were evaluated by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS), the body condition of them were evaluated by Karnofsky performance statusstandard (KPS), physical condition standards (PS), they were divided into two groups according to the nursing program, 42 cases with the conventional tumor nursing as the control group, 50 cases with comprehensive nursing intervention as the observation group, the scores of psychological and body condition of two groups before and after nursing were compared.
