参赛确认函 Participation Confirmation 致：华润深圳湾发展有限公司 To: China Resources Shenzhen Bay Development Co., Ltd. 我方在此确认参加华润集团总部深圳湾综合发展项目建筑设计方案国际竞赛（□子项A□子项B），我方承诺遵守本次竞赛活动的一切规则，并同意和承诺如下事项： We hereby confirm the participation in the International Design Competition of China Resources Headquarter Shenzhen Bay Mixed Development Project ( □Item A □ Item B) and we will comply with all the rules during the competition and agree with and promise all terms as follows: 我方完全理解和接受竞赛文件的规定，并承诺按照竞赛文件中的要求按时提交竞赛成果文件。 We totally understand and accept the regulations of the Competition files, and we promise to submit all the design schemes on time according to the Competition File. 我方承诺在报名文件中提交的主创设计人员将全程参与竞赛阶段的设计工作（附联合体主创设计人员名单及工作分配表），如未经主办方同意更换项目设计组主要成员，主办方有权取消我方的中标资格或单方面终止合同，由此造成的违约责任由我方承担。 We promise that the principal architects on the registration file will participate in the whole design work (attachment is a namelist of the principal architects and work allocation table). If the main members of the project team are changed without permission of the client, the client will have the right to disqualify our participation or end the contract. And we will bear all the responsibility of the default. 我方保证提交的竞赛成果文件内容无任何虚假、未侵犯他人知识产权。若评标过程中查出有虚假，同意作无效投标文件处理并取消参赛资格。若中标之后查出有虚假，同意废除中标资格接受处罚，承担因侵犯他人知识产权而由此引起的全部法律责任和经济责任。 We promise all submitted schemes are original without infringing the intellectual property right of any third party. Otherwise, our participation qualification will be abolished and we will undertake all legal and economic responsibilities. 我方理解并无条件的接受评审委员会所做出的任何评标结果。 We understand and unconditionally accept any review result of the jury. 鉴于子项B功能复杂，为保证办公、商业及住宅三方面同时做到最优，我方理解并接受子项B评审方式如下：方案评审委员会将分别评审出办公楼部分优胜方案，商业部分优胜方案及住宅部分优胜方案；主办方将与各优胜方案主创方组成的新设计联合体进行商务谈判，以确定子项B后续设计工作的实施方式。 Since Item B has complicated function, in order to ensure each of the function including office, retail and residence could be all the best designs, we understand and accept the evaluation mode as follow：The final p
