本科生毕业论文（设计） 题 目： 湛江吴川市家族企业问题研究 系 别： 工商管理系 专 业： 工商管理 学生姓名： 欧仲超 学 号： 061031168 指导教师： （职 称） 二〇一〇 年 五 月 湛江吴川市家族企业问题研究 【论文提要】 家族企业普遍存在于发达国家或发展中国家，而作为中国血缘文化和西方企业制度相结合的产物，家族企业在我国民营经济中举足轻重。从改革开放三十年的发展，家族企业发生了很大的变化，有的变成企业帝国，而有的“长不大”甚至破产被淘汰。家乡的中小型家族企业大部分出现这种“长不大”的尴尬境况，本人根据家乡的从事鞋业生产的中小型家族企业的发展情况和特征找出了相应的问题所在，并对其优势和劣势进行分析，同时通过采用因果论证，理论论证和调查统计，及采用实证和规范分析对文章进行构思，在科学管理的理论基础上展开论述，针对家乡家族企业存在的问题提出相应的解决方法与措施，为焕发家族企业的活力和促进家乡的发展贡献一份力量！ 【关键词】：家族企业 组织结构 长不大 素质 效益 【Abstract】 ??Family enterprises are prevalent in developed countries and developing countries. As the combination of Chinese consanguineous culture and Western business system, they play a vital role in Chinese private economy. In the reform and opening up, family business has undergone great changes: some turned into business empires, while others were still “childlike” or even went bankrupt and be eliminated. Most small and medium sized family enterprises in country were trapped into this childlike, embarrassing situation. According to the development and characteristic of those small and medium sized family enterprises which are engaged in shoes production in hometown, I find out the corresponding problems, and analysis their advantages and weaknesses. At the same time, I use the theories of cause and effect, theoretic, investigation and statistic, as well as adopt the demonstration and normative analysis to construct this article, while discuss it base on the method of scientific management, and point to the existing problems in the family enterprises to put forward my corresponding solutions and measures, so as to make contribution to the growth of family enterprises and the development of hometown. 【Keywords】：family enterprise organization childlike quality efficiency 目 录 1、引言----
