In the society reforming of our country, it will display a huge function for promoting the standard of sports culture and health of the community residents (including young students). The construction of the school-district sports firstly needs the government to confirm it by the laws and regulations, and support it by the corresponding financial resource; Secondly needs the mutual recognition of the local educational department, the school and the community, and organized building; Thirdly needs the safeguard of the service system of corresponding organizations; Fourthly needs to propagandize and guide the general residents (including young students) to participate
