绿色保险与生态文明建设 王顺庆 （南京财经大学金融学院，江苏 南京 210046 ） 摘要：本文探讨绿色保险在生态文明建设、构建和谐社会中的作用、意义。先阐述作者对十八大关 于生态文明建设理念的理解与思考，对和谐社会的理解，接着简介保险的产生与保险理念，介绍现 代保险业体现了生态文明，就社会保险、政策保险、商业保险、灾害保险，分别讨论广义的绿色保 险在建设生态文明、构建和谐社会中的作用、意义，最后阐述绿色保险（生态保险）在生态文明建 设、构建和谐社会中的作用。 关键词：绿色保险；生态文明建设；和谐社会 Green insurance and ecological civilization construction Wang Shunqing (School of Finance, Nanjing Finance and Economy University ) Abstract: This paper discussed the role and significance of the green insurance in the ecological civilization construction, the construction of harmonious society. First,expounded about the understanding and thinking of the concept of ecological civilization construction in The eighteenth congress of the communist party of China,and about the understanding of harmonious society, then introduced insurance and insurance conception, the modern insurance emboding the ecological civilization, According to social insurance, policy insurance, commercial insurance, Catastrophe insurance, respectively discussed the role and significance of the generalized green insurance in the construction of ecological civilization, building harmonious society, finally elaborated the green insurance (ecological insurance) role in the ecological civilization construction, the construction of harmonious society. Key words: green insurance; ecological civilization construction; harmonious society 一、 生态文明建设 党的十八大把建设生态文明作为指导原则和行动指南，并录入党章。十八大报告内容分十二个部分， 生态文明建设是其中之一。第八部分一开始就指出：“建设生态文明，是关系人民福祉、关乎民族未来的 长远大计。面对资源约束趋紧、环境污染严重、生态系统退化的严峻形势，必须树立尊重自然、顺应自然、 保护自然的生态文明理念，把生态文明建设放在突出地位，融入经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建 设各方面和全过程，努力建设美丽中国，实现中华民族永续发展。”这一段定位言简意赅，内涵丰富
