第 卷 第 期 27 1 可再生能源 Vol.27 No.1 年 月 2009 2 Renewable Energy Resources Feb. 2009 日本生物柴油的发展 张 骥 （冈山大学， 日本国 冈山市 7000013 ） 摘 要： 通过作者的观察和感受，介绍了日本国生物柴油的应用与发展，以及对中国的启示。 认为生物柴油是 一种清洁的可替代燃料，发展生物柴油应因地制宜，解决好“与民争口油” 的问题。 日本国用废煎炸油生产清洁 的生物柴油燃料的做法是可取的，并且已开始了商业应用；中国是美食大国，尤应重视发展利用废煎炸油加工 生产清洁的生物柴油燃料，减少其对环境污染的技术。 为了使废煎炸油生产生物柴油燃料得到可持续发展，应 重视推进普通老百姓对该项技术的认知和参与；并且重视副产品甘油的再利用问题。 关键词： 生物柴油； 废煎炸油； 甘油； 环保； 日本 中图分类号： （ ） 文献标志码： 文章编号： （ ） TQ517.4 313 C 1671-5292 2009 01-0117-04 Development of biodiesel fuel in Japan ZHANG Ji （Okayama University ， Okayama 7000013 ， Japan ） Abstract ： Application and development of biodiesel fuel in Japan were introduced in this paper, ex- pecting to have some enlightenment to our engineer. It is pointed that biodiesel is a green and re- newable energy but the development of this fuel must be based on local conditions to avoid compet- ing with edible oil. In Japan, the clean biodiesel fuel prepared from waste frying oils is practicable and has been put into commercial application. China, a great country in food consumption, should pay more attention on the biodiesel fuel production from waste frying oils to relief the environment pollution. In addition, for realizing the sustainable development of the technology of waste frying oils for biodiesel, more attention should be paid on the promotion of the acceptance and the participation of the civilians, meanwhile, the recycle of the by product of
