This thesis, in respect of city’s resources, environment, social economy, etc., has analyzed the restrictions facing the present construction system of low-carbon industry in Tangshan.Various sub-industries within the overall industry, which carry on the low-carbon build-up respectively, generate the basic framework of industrial system which promotes the improvement and benign interaction between eco-environment and economic development. Finally, the standard treatment is proposed to promote the construction system of low-carbon industry in Tangshan.
