Aiming at the easily occurred incompatibility which leads to erroneous estimation, we established a transformer operational state assessment hierarchy index system, and proposed thecorresponding mod- el on thebasis of the extension theory. T he extension theory converts the multi-object assessment to single object assessment by combining qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to achieve acomprehensive assessment state. oreover, the model also gives a definite method of classical domain in extension-lever assessment to improve the assessment accuracy.
