As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down. Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.????? Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give purpose to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body. ?????? Personally, I’m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. Online translation,translation softwares and language tools seem to play an important role in 21st-century peoples life.On this point,many people argue that its not necessary to learn English or any other language.Using the translation softwares is far more convenient.It can save mush time.Theres no need to spend time learnig a foreign language.All in all,they believe that dictionaries and human translation will be replaced some day.Whats more,ones ability is limited while the translation softwares are omnipotent. ???? As far as I am concerned,language learning is necessary.Using ones own talent to translate languages will give people more pleasure and sense of fulfillment,which cant be gained by using translation
