网站建设论文：项目管理在网站建设中的应用 【中文摘要】随着互联网的应用不断深入和扩展,目前建设一个独立的门户网站成为各类企事业单位发展信息化的必由之路,而当前网站建设作为一个复杂的项目却鲜有完善的管理体系和方法,大多依照传统IT项目管理的经验来指导。因而在很多项目进行过程中,出现了一些无法妥善解决的问题。诸如需求分析、人力资源管理、任务分解和进度控制都与传统的IT项目有些出入。本文以项目管理的基本理论为指导,借鉴传统IT项目管理的经验和方法,结合D县人才市场网站规划的实际过程,对项目管理在网站建设这类新项目中的应用整理出了一套新的方法和流程。全文以D县人才市场的规划流程为主线,穿插项目管理的理论和方法,突出实用性,以解决实际问题为导向。创新之处在于将IT传统项目管理中的一些流程在网站项目中作了改变和优化。 【英文摘要】As Internet application deepening and expanding, at present construction an independent web portal became the various types of enterprise development, and the necessary information website construction as a complex project has few perfect management system and method in accordance with the traditional, most of IT project management experience to guidance.
