2000 1138 11 　Chin J Pediatr, November 2000, Vol 38, No.11 ·671 · ·· 姜玉武　吕祖芳　秦炯 【】　　 、。 　8 6 。 　8 、、、 , 、5, 3 , 、3 , 1 , Stevens-Johnson2 。 。 。 6 3 ～ , 。 5 , , 。 　 1～8 , 、。 , , 。 (、、)。 【】　; Clinical characteristics and follow-up study of antiepil eptic drug hypersensitive syndrome 　JIANG Yuwu, ＊ L Zufang, QIN Jiong.Department of Pediatrics, FirstHospital, Peking niversity, Beijing 100034, China 【Abstract】　Objective 　The antiepileptic drug hypersensitive syndrome (A S)is an adverse drug reaction syndrome associated with the aromatic antiepileptic drugs.Because the early clinical manifestations are wide variable, clinicians would be unfamiliar with it, may make a misdiagnosis, and delay the treatment.The study focused on the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of A S.Methods　The clinical data of 8 children with A S and thefollow-up data of 6 of them were analyzed.Therewere 5 males and 3 females, aged from 2 years and 3 months to 14 years.Three patients took phenobarbital, 4 patients took carbamazepine, and 1 patient took phenytoin.The blood, urine and stool routine tests, peripheral blood smearing test, liver function and renal function tests were performed in all patients.Five of 8 patientswere examined with erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactiveprotein (CRP), complement 3 (C ), and antinuclear antibody (ANA).Six of 8 patientswere 3 followed upinoutpatientdepartment.Results 　All patients manifestedwith fever, eruption, mucosalinvolvement, desquamation and pigmentation.Liver involvement and lymphadenopathy occured in 5 cases, respectively. Splenomegaly, heart and kidney involvement occured in 3 cases, respectively.The swollen parotidwas found in 1 case.Steven-Johnson syndrome occurred in 2 cases.All
