The result showed: 12 species have the yield of LP ( calculation in fresh weight) 2. 9 g/ 100g, the percentage of protein in LP 45%, the yield of protein ( calculation in fresh weight) 2 g/ 100g, including Potamogeton malaianus Miq., Chenop odium album L., M edicago sativ a L., Broussonetia p ap yr if era ( L.) Vent., H elianthus tuberosus L., A trip lex centralasitica Iljin., ndigof er a bungeana Walp. , H umulus scandens ( Lour. ) Merr. , A ilanthus altissima ( Mill.) Swingle, Convolv ulus arvensis L., Car ag ana sinica ( Buc hoz. ) Rehd and Sop hor a j ap onica L. in which seven species whose percentage of protein in LP are up to the first class standard of fish powder, four to second class andone to third.
