企业创新绩效影响因素的 系统动力学研究 何 　悦 ,朱桂龙 ,戴 　勇 (华南理工大学 工商管理学院 ,广州 510640) 摘要 :通过对企业创新绩效影响因素的分析与识别 ,构建了企业创新绩效影响因素的系统动力学模型 。通过仿真 发现 ,市场竞争程度和学习导向对企业创新绩效具有正相关性 ,市场竞争程度和学习导向的增强可促进企业创新 绩效的提高 。而政府与企业 R D 资金投入对企业创新绩效并非简单的线性关系而是呈倒 U 型曲线 ,表明政府资 金支持虽然可通过杠杆效益带动企业投入进而提高创新绩效 ,但企业对政府投入的过度依赖则会因挤出效应对创 新绩效产生负面影响 。 关键词 :创新绩效 ;系统动力学 ;挤出效益 中图分类号 : G3 11　　　　文献标识码 : A 　　　　文章编号 : 100 1 - 8409 (20 10) 07 - 00 19 - 05 R e s e a r c h o n S y s t e m D y n a m ic s o f C o rp o r a t io n In n o v a t io n P e r f o rm a n c e F a c t o r s H E Yue, ZHU Gu ilong, DA I Yong (S chool of B us iness A dm in istra tion, S ou th Ch ina Un ivers ity of Technology, Guangzhou 510640) A b stract: Through analyzing corporation innovation p erform ance factors, th is p ap er estab lishes system dynam ics model. The relation sh ip between R D investm ent by governm ent and corporation and p erform ance is not simp ly linear bu t inverted U curve, wh ich show s that, governm en t’s inve stm ent can imp rove p erform ance by corpo ration investm en t, bu t corporation ’s excessive dep endence on governm en t w ill negatively influence innovation p er form ance due to crowding ou t effect.
