E-Government allows citizens and business to conduct their affairs with the Commonwealth on-line, saving them time and money and reducing the burden of government. E-Government changes the role of state workers from processors to problem solvers, moving them from the back office to the front line. Agenda The purpose of the eStrategy is to determine how to take Massachusetts up the E-Commerce continuum to achieve genuine transformation.
