辽 宁 科 技 学 院 （2014届） 本科毕业设计 题目： 本溪市明山区明山街坊地籍地籍 摘要 ,提高分析和解决实际问题的能力,达到从事初级科学研究工作和专业工程技术工作的目的,进行本溪市明山区部分地籍测量技术设计。本次设计主要目的是为了满足土地登记的需要，国家依照有关法律规程，用科学的方法对申请登记的土地进行现场调查，以核实宗地的权属和确认宗地界址的实地位置并掌握土地利用状况。通过地籍测量获得宗地的平面位置、宗地形状及面积的准确数据，从而为土地登记、核发土地证书做好技术上的准备。主要工作任务有权属调查、控制测量和地籍图量测等，最终进行面积量算及成本预算。 地籍测量包括控制测量和权属调查两部分，本设计控制测量部分采用D级GPS布设首级控制网，在此基础上加密一级、二级控制网点（导线网）。而权属调查包括资料收集、权属调查和调查成果整理3部分。地籍图量测是用全站仪的方法，在满足精度要求的基础上，其成果需要在电脑上用CASS绘制出宗地图。最终进行面积量算、汇总与成本预算。 关键词：地籍测量权属调查宗地图 Cadastral Survey of Ming Shan neighborhoodBenxi City Abstract To use the basic theory of the discipline, professional knowledge and basic skills to enhance the ability to analyze and solve practical problems, to achieve the primary purpose of engaging in scientific research and professional engineering and technical work performed in Benxi City, the mountainous part of the cadastral technical design.
