摘 要 当今社会经济发展迅猛，而科技型中小企业是以研发为基础，将科技成果产业化，推动了国家技术进步，成为我国国民经济中不可缺少的力量。但目前科技型中小企业大多面临融资问题，而研究科技型中小企业融资方式并找到适合融资方式企业的生存和发展重要作用。本文是以深圳朗科融资环境为背景，通过对深圳朗科公司融资方式的了解和分析，结合我国的经济现状和融资存在的问题，通过深圳朗科公司的自身性质、外界对其融资的影响、多种不同的融资方式进行探究，并参考其他企业融资成功的经验，分析深圳朗科科技型中小企业融资方式和融资所面临的问题，并提出解决深圳朗科科技型中小企业目前的融资问题和相应的解决办法。 关键词：科技型中小企业；融资；融资方式Abstract In today’s society rapid economic development,small and mid-sized enterprise is based on the research and development,and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements,promote the national technology progress,become an indispensable force in the national economy.But at present most of small and mid-sized enterprise financing problems,and to study small and mid-sized enterprise financing and find their own way of financing plays an important role in the survival and development of the enterprise.This article is based on shenzhen francois financing environment as the background,through understanding and analysis of shenzhen netac financing way,combined with our country’s economic situation and the problems existing in the financing,through shenzhen netac’s own nature,for its financing,the influence of a variety of different ways of financing,successful experience and reference for other enterprises financing,analysis of shenzhen francois faced by small and mid-sized enterprise and financing problem.sloan and puts forward the shenzhen small and mid-sized enterprise financing problems and the corresponding solution.
