电视胸腔镜手术诊治肺周围结节36例临床体会 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨电视胸腔镜手术在肺周围结节中的诊治价值。 方法 选取2010年2月～2013年4月于本院采用电视胸腔镜手术进行诊治的36例肺周围孤立性结节患者为观察组，同时期进行常规开胸术诊治的36例患者设为对照组，然后将两组的手术时间、引流管留置时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、并发症发生率及围术期的应激指标进行比较。结果 两组患者均包括25例良性病变，11例恶性病变，观察组手术时间、引流管留置时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、并发症发生率均优于对照组，术后的应激指标也低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均0.05）。 结论 电视胸腔镜手术在肺周围结节诊治中的应用价值较高，且对患者造成的不良应激相对较小。 　　[关键词]电视胸腔镜手术；开胸手术；肺周围结节 　　[中图分类号] R734.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2013）22-183-02 　　Clinical experience on the video assisted thoracoscopic operation in the diagnose and treatment of 36 patients with peripheral pulmonary nodules 　　DENG Jiangbo LI Yeke 　　Department of Thoracic Surgery， the Peoples Hospital of Yingde City in Guangdong Province， Yingde 513000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the the diagnose and treatment value of video assisted thoracoscopic operation in the patients with peripheral pulmonary nodules. Methods 36 patients with peripheral pulmonary nodules who were diagnosed and treated with video assisted thoracoscopic operation in our hospital from February 2010 to April 2013 were selected as observation group， 36 cases who were treated with open thoracotomy were the control group， then the operation time， application time of drainage tube， blood loss during the operation， hospitalization time after operation， complications rate and stress indexes during the perioperative period of two groups were compared. Results The two groups respectively included 25 cases of benign lesions and 11 cases of malignant lesions， the peration time， application time of drainage tube， blood loss during the operation， hospitalization time after operation and complications rate of observation group were all better than those of control group， stress indexes after the operation were all lower than those of control group（all P0.05）， there were all significant differences.
