Besides the difference of tea varieties and dry ing method, the unique production processes is the key reason that distin- guishes / Liubao0 tea from other black teas. In his paper, the / tank-style0 fermentation / Wodui0 method and traditional / pile-style0 / Wodui0 method w ere analyzed and compared. T he results show ed that / tank-style0 fermentation / Wodui0 method is the development tendency of / Liubao0 tea production processes.
