The working routine is : ①Withdraws the agri cultural net income from the material ; ②Using income reducing process computation farmland price ; ③Establishment correction factor system ; ④Determi nation correction factor correction coefficient ; ⑤Uses the price according to the total correction coefficient to various villages agriculture to revise , obtains various administrative villages area piece soilrent value . The preliminary result after the contrast proof , obtains the science reasonable practical and feasi ble final outcome .
