Methods The establishe human bla er cancer cells line T 24 was culture in RPMI 1640 me ium w ith AT RA in the final concentrations of 3@ 10- 5 mol/ L, 3@ 10- 6 mol/ L an 3@ 10- 7 mol/ L, respectively. After treating the cells for 6 ays, the cells were analyze regularly w ith multiple approaches for biological an morphological stu ies. Results Either 3@ 10- 6 mol/ L or 3@ 10- 7 mol/ L ATRA coul suppress cell growth an in uce typical hallmarks of apoptosis after treating the cells for 6 ays, the percentage of apoptosis cells of 3@ 10- 5 , 3@ 10- 6 mol/ L ATRA an control group was 20. 16 % , 15. 31 % an 1.49 % respectively on flow cytometry.
