内容摘要：学生评价是课程实施的重要组成部分，对于促进学生发展和成长有着重要的意义。中学生品德评价是学生评价中一个重要组成部分，但由于评价对象的心理属性和德育过程的多维性，使品德评价过程复杂，效率难于把握。因而，它成为了学生评价中最薄弱、最容易形式化的环节。国内外关于品德评价的研究颇多，但大多局限于具体方法的研究，没有结合中学生的实际特点从理论上进行整体研究。基于此，本文首先从中学生品德评价的内涵、特征、功能方面进行理论的论述，为中学生品德评价存在的问题及对策研究提供理论依据，使全文更加严谨。通过论述，得出中学生品德评价区别于普通的教育评价，与中学生的身心发展特点紧密相关，具有复杂性、间接性、相对性的特点和判断、选择、导向、心理四项基本功能。继而，本文联系实际着重论述了当前中学生品德评价存在的主要问题及原因，得出评价理念存在误区、评价主体“向师性”、评价客体复杂易变、评价方法操作性和针对性弱的结论。最后，本文通过以上的分析、比较，针对存在的问题，结合当代教育评价理论的发展，认为应该主要从三个方面入手来解决问题：其一，要促进中学生品德合作性评价，其二，要提高中学生品德评价的信度和效度，其三，要不断的完善中学生品德形成性评价。 关键词：品德评价 主要问题 对策 Abstract: The student appraisal is the important constituent which the curriculum implements, regarding promotes the student development and the growth has the vital significance.
