China) Abstract : In this paper the present state of the study on risk acceptance criteria is introdnced both at home and abroad , the calculation method and determination norm for the risk acceptance criteria such as the individwal , social and en vironmental risks are analyzed , the estableishment of risk acceptance criteria for tunnel and underground engineering is ana lyzed and discussed with ansidering their characteristies , an unified calculation model for risk acceptance creteria is set up , the problems to be solved and the orietation of the study for risk acceptance criteria study are pointod out.
