摘 要 电力生产过程有别于其他工业生产过程的一个重要特点，就是它的生产、输送、变换、分配、消费的几个环节是在同一个时间内同步瞬间完成。电力生产过程要求供需严格动态平衡，一旦失去平衡生产过程就要受到破坏，甚至造成系统瓦解，无法维持正常生产。随着经济的快速发展，全国乃至全世界凸现缺电局面，如何进一步优化调度，加强电力资源的优化配置，最大限度满足电力需求成为人们探讨的问题之一。又随着计算机技术、通信技术、信息技术惊人的发展，变电站综合自动化技术进一步优化，整个电网运行的安全性和经济效益得到大幅提升。这项技术将引起电力行业有关部门的重视，成为变电站设计核心技术之一。 本次220KV变电站的设计包括一次和二次部分，主要对变压器台数和容量、主接线方案、高压开关设备、二次接线方案及继电保护的确定；对变电站负荷、无功补偿、短路电流的计算。变电站综合自动化技术是二次部分设计的重点，主要对远程监测系统的构成、工作过程、通信传输等方面的设计，包括电力远程监测技术的研究现状的分析，阐述了系统中普通存在的弊端。详细地阐述了系统的构成，简要地介绍了系统的工作过程，主要功能和特点。介绍了Visual Basic开发工具的特点，论述了基于VB的电力远程监测系统主站软件的模块设计思想和主要流程，并对登录管理界面、主界面和各菜单项进行了说明。 关键词：220KV变电站；综合自动化；设计 ABSTACT The produce of electric power is different from other industrial produce,whose process of product,transfer,change, distribute and consume is completed at the same time.The produce of electric power must keep balance,or it can’t function normally or even be destroyed.As the development of economy, the problem of being shot of electricity is becoming more and more serious.It’s a big problem how to optimize the disposition of electric resource and meet the electric power requirement.With the development of computer technology,communication technology and information technology,the comprehensive automation system technology develop faster and faster.The security and economic profits of the whole electric power network are greatly improved.The technology will be attached importance by electrical department and become key point of the transformr substation design. This paper is design the 220KV transformer substation which include two parts of electrical devides.The first part mainly choose the capacity and specification of the transformer and all kinds of devides.It also calculate the burden,passive compensation and the shot-circuited current.Comprehensive automation system technology is the key point of the second part.It mainly include the development of electric power remote monitoring system technology.
