增 刊 2 014 年第32 卷增刊2 Q 质量管理 uality Management 高层建筑梁柱节点施工质量控制要点 黄振宇 （宜昌市建设工程质量安全监督站，湖北宜昌 44300 ） 　　【摘要】 框架结构的震害大多发生在柱顶和梁柱节点核心区，节点破坏主要是剪切破坏和钢筋锚固破坏，严重时会引起整 个框架的坍塌。规范中均加强了“强节点”控制，对节点的箍筋和混凝土强度做了比较严格的要求。实际施工过程中，由于高层建 筑钢筋较为密集，柱梁钢筋纵横交错、箍筋固定、绑扎比较困难，以及作业人员对该箍筋对框架结构工程质量的影响认识不足， 钢筋绑扎不到位，严重影响工程质量。为了确保施工质量能达到设计及规范的要求，保证结构安全，从钢筋构造、保护层开裂抑 制、不同混凝土强度等级的施工方法和模板制作入手，对高层建筑的梁柱节点质量控制要点进行探讨、总结，提供参考。 　　 【关键词】 高层建筑；梁柱节点 ；框架结构；工程质量；钢筋混凝土；建筑抗震；节点核心区 　　 【中图分类号】 TU71　　　　【文献标志码】 A　　　　【文章编号】 1671－3702 （2014 ）s2－0271－03 Control Point of Beam and Column Construction Quality in High Rise Building HUANG Zhenyu （ ） Yichang Construction Quality and Safety Supervision Station，Yichang Hubei 44300，China 　　Abstract ：Most seismic hazard of frame structure is in the joint core area of beam and column. The breakage of joint mainly is shear destroy and anchor of steel bar，and bring whole frame collapse. It is strengthening the “strong joint” control in the criterion，and demand strictly for the stirrup and the concrete strength. In the practice construction，the reason of density of reinforcement in high rise building， the reinforcement of beam and column is crossed，fixing and colligation of the stirrup is difficult，busy worker not understand the affect of stirrup for the frame structure quality，reinforcement binding is not in place，so influence the engineering quality badly. For guarantee the engineering quality arrive to the demand of design and regulation，insure the structure safety，discussed on the quality control point of beam and column joint in high rise building from reinforcement structure，crack control of protect layer，construction measure of different strength grade of concrete and template execution.
