CaCu Ti O was studied in detail on different sintering temperatures, crystal structure, densification, and 3 4 12 microstructure as well as frequency dependence dielectric properties. It is found that ceramics sintered at 1000 was perovskite-related body-centered cubic compound with good crystallization.
