The cooling system function The cooling system function 1.The fun at the rear of the radiator takes the heat away from the water. Then the cooled water is sent to the engine block by the water pump. 2.The radiator system is closed one. The pressure valve, which is installed on the upper tank, keeps the tank pressure at less than 0.075Mpa in order to raise the vaporing temperature of cooling water, decrease water loss and heat radiation efficiency. 3.The power of fun is transmitted by V-belt from pulley at front end of engine. Cooling result is intensified by air force by the fan. The The cooling flow circuit principle The cooling water goes through thermostat and enter into the upper tank. After removing air in the water, the water flow to the lower tank through the radiator core. When the cooling water flows through the radiator core, the fan at the rear of the radiator takes the heat away from the water. Then the cooling water is sent to the engine block by the water pump. Introduction of electrical parts Start motor Post1: to battery positive terminal Post’s’: to start relay Caution: The start motor should stop working immediately after the engine is started post2 post1 Post ”s” Introduction of electrical parts Working principle of start motor Current flow on different stages: Start: From start relay – holding and pulling windings Result: the electromagnetic force energized by holding and pulling windings drives the plunger to the right to connect the contact1 and 2 From battery – contact 1 – contact 2 – motor winding Result: motor turns and drives the engine During start The voltages on both ends of pulling winding are the same(24V) Result: no current flow in pulling winding, the plunger is kept in start Position by holding winding.
