兰州市城关区2008年恶性肿瘤发病特点与分析 魏政琴① 摘要 目的 了解和分析兰州市城关区2008年居民恶性肿瘤发病的流行特点和趋势，为开展重点人群的综合防治提供依据。方法 收集整理城关区登记报告的2008年1月1日～12月31日常住人口中恶性肿瘤的发病资料，统计分析其发病率及其主要指标。结果 2008年城关区登记报告恶性肿瘤1 996例，恶性肿瘤发病率和标化率分别为221.17/10万和 184.33/10万。其中男性恶性肿瘤发病1 129例，发病率为251.29/10万，占总发病的56.56%；女性恶性肿瘤发病867例，发病率为191.30/10万，占总发病的43.44%；男性恶性肿瘤发病比高出女性13.12%。男女性随着年龄增长恶性肿瘤的发病率有逐渐上升趋势，男性发病率明显高于女性,性别比为1.3：1。恶性肿瘤发病居前十位的依次是肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、直肠癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌、食管癌、脑肿瘤、胆囊癌和膀胱癌。结论 城关区居民恶性肿瘤以呼吸、消化系统肿瘤及女性乳腺癌、宫颈癌为主。多部门应采取积极措施来进行综合防治，以降低恶性肿瘤对居民健康的危害。 关键词 恶性肿瘤；发病特点；预防控制 [中图分类号] R 651.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1001-568X(2012)11 The Characteristics and Analysis of Malignant Cancer in Residents of Lanzhou Chengguan District in 2008/ WEI Zheng-qin// Chinese Primary Health Care, 2011, 27(01): Abstract OBJECTIVE To know and analyze the epidemic characteristics and trend of malignant cancer prevalence of residents in Lanzhou Chengguan district in 2008, as the basis for prevention and control this disease. METHODS The disease data from all diagnostic medical institutions in Chengguan district from Jan 1st ,2008 to Dec 31st , 2008 were collected. The incidence and main index were analyzed. RESULTS Among the 1996 patients in registered medical report, the incidence and the standardized rate are 221.17/100000 and 184.33/100000.Among them, 1129 are male with the incidence of 251.29/100000, and the rate is 56.56%,while 867 are female with the incidence of 191.30/100000,and the rate is 43.44%.The rate of incidence of male is 13.12% higher than that of female. The incidence increased with aging and male’s is higher than female’s (1.3:1). The first ten malignant cancers are trachea, bronchus and lung cancers, stomach cancer, liver cancer, anus cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, esophageal cancer, brain and nervous system cancer, gallbladder and other cancer, bladder cancer.CONCLUSIONS The main malignant cancers of residents in Chengguan district are respiratory and digestive system cancers and breast and cervical cancers.
