沉箱分层预制混凝土 施工缝处理的研究 沉箱分层预制混凝土 施工缝处理的研究 报告审定： 高级工程师 成果审核： 高级工程师 项目负责： 报告编写： 项目成员： 承担单位： 参加单位： 致谢 摘要 沉箱分层预制的混凝土施工缝是结构中一个薄弱的位置，其抗渗性能、抗拉（折）性能指标均有明显的降低，有的甚至出现了裂缝和断裂现象，严重影响到码头的结构安全和耐久性。在腐蚀性强的海水环境中，“施工缝”的存在，更是加剧了混凝土结构开裂、剥落，使得混凝土的抗渗透性能大大降低。本课题通过试验研究，对混凝土施工缝采用凿毛、冲毛或不处理等工艺比较，确定采用高压水冲毛的施工工艺处理施工缝，质量可靠。采用高压水冲毛处理的混凝土施工缝抗渗和抗氯离子渗透质量 关键词：沉箱；分层预制； 混凝土；施工缝 Abstract The construction joints of hierarchical prefabricated caisson is a weak position, in which its permeability, tensile (folded) performance indicators are significantly reduced. Sometimes even cracks and fracture phenomenon will happen, which will cause serious influence to the structural safety and durability of wharf structure. In the strong corrosive sea water environment, the existence of construction joint will intensify the cracking and flaking of the concrete structure, which makes the permeation resistance of concrete greatly reduced. Through the experimental study, we have compared chiseling, high pressure water flushing hair and no-treatment process. The results show that using high pressure water flushing hair has obvious effect, reliable quality in the treatment of construction joints. The site sampling of Concrete construction joints indicates that the permeability and resistance to chloride ion penetration and other technical performance indicators are fully consistent with the requirements of relevant standards by using high pressure water flushing hair treatment of concrete construction joint. And it has high efficiency, good quality, so it is a good construction technology to solve construction joints problem.
