上海针灸杂志2014 年2 月第33 卷第2 期 ·145 · 文章编号:1005-0957(2014)02-0145-03 ·临床研究· 穴位注射对胃癌化疗后副反应的临床观察 张琼,陈理 (南京中医药大学,南京 210029) 【摘要】 目的 观察足三里穴位注射黄芪注射液对胃癌患者化疗后副反应的影响。方法 将67 例胃癌患者随机分成两组, 治疗组在化疗的同时予足三里穴位注射黄芪注射液,对照组行化疗。两组均常规应用止吐药、护胃药、升白细胞药。结果 1 个疗程后两组比较,治疗组在白细胞抑制毒性方面明显低于对照组(P＜O.05),且化疗后治疗组尿素氮无明显变化,对照组尿 素氮较治疗前显著增加(P＜O.05)。结论 黄芪注射液穴位注射能减轻化疗患者的白细胞抑制毒性,并有可能起到防治化疗后 肾功能损害的作用。 【关键词】 穴,足三里;水针;胃肿瘤;化疗;白细胞减少 【中图分类号】 R246.1 【文献标志码】 A DOI:10.13460/j.issn.1005-0957.2014.02.0145 Clinical Observations on Acupuncture Point Injection for Adverse Reactions to Stomach Cancer Chemotherapy ZHANG Qiong, CHEN Li. Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nanjing 210029,China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of point Zusanli (ST36) injection of astragalus on adverse reactions to stomach cancer chemotherapy. Method Sixty-seven patients with stomach cancer were randomly allocated to two groups. Both groups received chemotherapy and routine administration of antiemetic, stomachics and leukopoietics. The treatment group received point Zusanli injection of astragalus in addition. Result A comparison between the two groups after one course of treatment showed that leukocyte inhibitory toxicity was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P ＜0.05). After chemotherapy, urea nitrogen did not change significantly in the treatment group and increased significantly in the control group compared with before (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture point injection of astragalus can reduce leukocyte inhibitory toxicity in chemotherapy patients and may produce preventive and therapeutic effects on post- chemotherapy impairment of renal function.
