We are so happy to see the changes that digital libraries’ constructions and the online consulting service is improving fast. However, during the building of university library information service in the current process, there are still some problems to be solved: consulting service system is imperfect, chaotic management systems, passive service, low quality service, etc. in which we need to continue to improve and perfect a variety of systems.This article analyzes from the information users research and information service construction to explore the university library users of information and service construction, problems in the network environment, and makes a few suggestions at last.
