Plant expression vector pCAM IA2300H aCM O with obtained fragment was constructed.Nucleotide sequence of H aCM O was similar to the corresponding fragment of CM O cDNA of several other plants, such as Sp inacia oler acea,A tr ip lex hortensis ,S uaeda liaotungensis ,S alicor nia eu rop aea, Beta vulg ar is ,with a similarity of more than 74.5%. Encoded protein by H aCM O and CMO pro tein from above mentioned plants also shared more than 73.5%
