护理教育 Nursing Education 口腔与普通护理大专实习生职业认同感及 自主学习准备度的比较 戴艳梅 程淑玲 [ 摘 要 ] 目的:比较口腔护理与普通护理专业大专生实习中期的职业认同感及自主学习准备度的状况。方法:对天津市某 高职高专院校44 名口腔护理班与46 名普通护理班实习生进行问卷调查。结果:①口腔护理班实习生职业认同感及自主学习准 备度均强于普通护理班(t=4.091、4.656,P0.001);②口腔护理班实习生中独生子女的职业认同感强于非独生子女(t=2.052, P0.05)。结论:专业的口腔护理人才教育除了关注专业教育的同时,还应加强其稳定的职业认同感和自主学习准备度的培养, 真正做到“因材施教”。 [ 关键词 ] 口腔护理;护理实习生;职业认同感;自主学习准备度 [中图分类号] R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2013.09.018 Professional self-identity and self-directed learning readiness of stomatological and general nursing interns from junior college during the middle period of clinical practice / DAI Yan-mei, CHENG Shu-ling // Nursing Department, Tianjin stomatological hospital, Nankai university, Tianjing, 300041 China /// Chinese Nursing Management- 2013,13(9): 55-57 [Abstract] Objective: To compare the professional self-identity and self-directed learning readiness between the stomatological and general nursing interns. Methods: We investigated 44 stomatological nursing interns and 46 general nursing interns in a high professional techonology school in Tianjing. Results: ① The mean scores of professional self-identity and self-directed learning readiness of stomatological nursing interns were higher than those of general nursing interns (t=4.091, 4.656; P0.001). ② The mean score of professional self-identity of stomatological nursing interns who were in only-child was higher than that of interns who had brothers or sisters (t=2.052, P0.05).Conclusion: We should cultivate and strengthen the stomatological nursing interns stable professional self-identity and the self-directed learning readiness in professional stomatological nursing education.
