Among those 13, 728 finished 4 or 5 years study in Tongji M edical Univer sity from 1982 to 2004, 898 students had not been authorized their desired degree. Method We re ferred to the documents of those who did not acquire their bachelor degree one by one, and using SAS softw are to analysis the collected data. Result: There are 7 singular reasons and 9 lural reasons ac counting for the failure, and singular reasons are the main reason. Students origins and s ecialty also affect the rate. Conclusion Different standards affect the bachelor degree authorization, so it is neces sary to establish unitive standard of bachelor degree authorization.
