奶牛子宫组织内肥大细胞分布规律的研究1 2 曹荣峰 ，丛霞，林红 （莱阳农学院动物科技学院，山东青岛，266109 ） 摘要：取4 头奶牛的新鲜子宫放入生理盐水中冲洗干净，分别于子宫角、子宫颈、子宫体等部位取材，放入10％中性福 尔马林固定液中固定，对子宫全层进行连续切片，并用甲苯胺蓝染色，然后，用油镜观察子宫内膜层、肌层、外膜层的 肥大细胞并计数，再用生物统计方法分析、比较了子宫各层肥大细胞的分布规律。结果发现，奶牛子宫组织内肥大细胞 主要分布在子宫内膜层，在子宫外膜层分布较少，奶牛子宫角、子宫体、子宫颈相应各层的肥大细胞含量是相互独立的。 结果表明，奶牛子宫组织内肥大细胞的分布具有一定的规律性。 关键词：奶牛；肥大细胞；子宫；分布规律 Regularity of mast cell distribution in the uterine tissue of the cow CAO Rong-feng，LIN Hong (Department of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicineby Laiyang Agricultural College ， Qingdao 266109，PR China) Abstract: The whole uterus from 4 cows were cleaned in 0.9% NaCl solution before the tissue samples from the uterine horn ，cervix and uterine body were taken respectively. The samples were fixed in the 10% neutral formaldehyde solution，and a continuous slices of the whole uterine layer were stained by the method of toluidine blue stain. The mast cells in the uterine tissues were examined and counted under a light microscope for the distribution difference of mast cells in different uterine layers. The results showed that the mast cells of the uterine tissues of cow distributed mainly in the mucous membrane. There was a less distribution mast cells in the tunica adventitia of the cow uterine tissues. The distribution of mast cells in different uterine layers of the uterine horn, cervix and uterine body was mutual independent. The above results indicated that the mast cells showed a regular pattern of distribution in the uterine tissue of the cow.
