Essen评分评估脑梗死的再发 字数：2701来源：中国医药科学?? ?? 2012年22期 ??字体：大 中 小??打印当页正文 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨Essen卒中评分量表对非心源性脑梗死的缺血性脑卒中患者脑梗死复发的预测意义。 方法 分别采用Essen评分（85例）及ABCD2评分（75例）对160例非心源性脑梗死的缺血性脑卒中患者进行复发风险的预测，观察患者7 d、3个月及半年内脑梗死发生率及阳性预测值。 结果 采用Essen评分的患者7 d、3个月及半年内脑梗死发生分别为10例（11.76%）、11例（12.94%）、12例（14.12%），其阳性率预测值分别为50.00%（10/20）、55.00%（11/20）、60.00%（12/20）；ABCD2评分的患者7 d、3个月及半年内脑梗死发生分别为9例（12.00%）、10例（13.33%）、11例（14.67%），其阳性率预测值分别为22.22%（8/36）、25.00%（9/36）、30.56%（11/36）。两种评分的患者7 d、3个月及半年内脑梗死发生率无统计学意义（P0.05），其阳性率预测值差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 Essen评分的阳性预测值明显高于ABCD2评分，对非心源性脑梗死的缺血性脑卒中患者脑梗死复发的具有预测意义。　　[关键词] Essen评分；ABCD2评分；缺血性脑卒中；脑梗死复发；阳性预测值　　[中图分类号] R743.3???[文献标识码] A???[文章编号] 2095-0616（2012）22-44-02　　Using essen stroke eisk score to estimate the recurrence rate of elderly cerebral infract　　JIN?Yan　　Department of Neurology，the Peoples Hospital of Wuxi City，Wuxi 214001，China　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the significance of using Essen Stroke Eisk Score to predict the recurrence rate of elderly cerebral infract of those ischemic stroke patients who had cardiac cerebral embolism. Methods Adopted Essen Stroke Eisk Score to 85 ischemic stroke patients and ABCD2 score to 75 ischemic stroke patients who had cardiac cerebral embolism respectively， predicted the recurrence rate of elderly cerebral infract. Observed those patientsrecurrence rate of elderly cerebral infract and the positive predictive value in 3 days，3 months and 6 months. Results For those patients who had been adopted Essen Stroke Eisk Score，their recurrence rate of elderly cerebral infract in 3 days，3 months and 6 months were 11.76%（10 cases），12.94%（11 cases）and 14.12%（12 cases）.Their positive predictive value were 50.00%、55.00%、60.00%.
