T he cell number w ere counted every 24 hours, the effect of each factor on promoting mouse granulosa proliferation w as researched. In addition, alkaline phosphatase ( AKP) sta-i ning, and C-kit immunohistochemical staining w ere performed to identify the clones of granulosa cells ap- pearing in culture.
