The an im als and p lants of Chongqing city were abundant, including about 5000 k ind advanced p lants and more than 700 k ind vertebrates. The p rotected sp ecies m ain ly distributed in the mountain s around the basin. The k inds of eco system were mu ltiform ity in Chongqing, bu t the structures and distribu tion s of the eco sys tem were unreasonab le. The resu lts of the hab itat sen sitivity evaluation acqu ired by the den sity of sen sitivity index were more reasonab le than that of the sen sitivity indexes.
